Tonwin.win ("we", "us", "our") operates the Tonwin.win marketing site and the Telegram-based game at game.tonwin.win. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• • Telegram account information — your Telegram user ID, first name, last name, username, language code, and profile photo (provided by Telegram's initData when you open the Mini App).
• • Game activity — game rounds played, μTON earned and spent, daily login streaks, referral code usage, leaderboard position.
• • TON wallet address — if you choose to link a TON wallet (via TonConnect) for withdrawals. We store the public wallet address only. We never see your private keys or seed phrase.
• • Technical data — IP address, user-agent, request timestamps (standard server logs, retained ~30 days for abuse prevention).

2. How we use it

• • Operate the game (balances, payouts, leaderboards, referrals).
• • Process TON withdrawals to wallets you link.
• • Prevent abuse (multi-accounts, bot farms, withdrawal fraud).
• • Aggregate, anonymized analytics (game popularity, average session, etc.).

3. What we DO NOT collect

• • We do not access your private chats or other Telegram messages.
• • We do not collect payment card information (all settlement is via TON blockchain).
• • We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

• • Telegram — Mini App auth + bot messaging (governed by Telegram's privacy policy).
• • TON blockchain — all withdrawals are public on-chain transactions.
• • Cloudflare — hosting, DDoS protection, edge caching.
• • Game providers — individual mini-games inside Tonwin.win may be hosted by partner providers; gameplay data is shared with the provider that powers each game.

5. Your choices

• • Stop using Tonwin.win at any time — close the Mini App / unlink your wallet.
• • Request data deletion — contact us via Telegram @tonwin_win. Note: TON blockchain transactions are public and cannot be deleted.

6. Children

Tonwin.win is not intended for users under 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). Do not use the service if you are below this age.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via our Telegram channel @tonwin_win.
