• • μTON is not a security, share, or financial instrument. It represents your in-game balance, redeemable to TON subject to these terms.
• • We reserve the right to adjust reward rates, daily limits, and event durations at any time.

3. Withdrawals

• • Withdrawals are paid to the TON wallet you link via TonConnect (Tonkeeper, MyTonWallet, Tonhub, or compatible).
• • Network fees may apply on the TON blockchain. Minimum withdrawal amounts and limits may apply — see the in-game wallet page for current values.
• • We may delay or refuse withdrawals if abuse, multi-account, or fraud is suspected, pending review.

4. Referrals

• • You may earn μTON for inviting friends via your referral link. Reward amounts and friend caps are shown in-game and may change.
• • Self-referral, fake accounts, and incentivized installs are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

5. Prohibited conduct

• • No bots, automation, scrapers, or modified Telegram clients.
• • No multiple accounts per person.
• • No exploiting bugs without disclosure.
• • No abusive behavior in chat / community channels.

6. Disclaimers

• • The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• • Cryptocurrency (TON) prices are volatile. We make no guarantees about TON's market value.
• • Mini-games inside Tonwin.win are hosted by partner providers; we are not liable for downtime or bugs in third-party game code.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the μTON balance currently on your account at the time of the dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

We may suspend or terminate any account violating these terms. You may stop using Tonwin.win at any time.
